Do you post internationally?
- We're not currently set up for international shipping, but if you contact us we can look into a special arrangement.
Where are you based?
- We're Australian owned and operated, and ship from Melbourne, VIC.
Can I pick up locally?
- We don't offer click and collect but for large orders, contact us and we can make a special arrangement.
Are your rigs hand-tied or machine-made?
- All of our paternoster and whiting rigs are hand tied! As such exact dimensions may differ slightly from rig to rig.
Are your rigs ready to fish straight out of the packet?
- Yep! Just bait up, attach a sinker and away you go.
How should I store rigs so they don't tangle?
- We recommend using a Foam Rig Holder, or plastic zip-lock bag.
I received the wrong item or something's faulty, what do I do?
- Email us at info@tightlinestackle.com.au or use the form on the Contact Us page - we'll organise a refund or replacement ASAP.

How do I get my catch featured on your blog?
- We'd love to showcase your catch on our blog and social media. Either DM us on the socials, use the Contact Us form, or email info@tightlinestackle.com.au - we'll even send you a free rig!
Do I need a fishing licence in Victoria, and where do I get one?
- Yes - Most recreational anglers will require a valid Victorian fishing license. They can be purchased online at www.service.vic.gov.au/find-services/outdoor-and-recreation/buy-a-victorian-recreational-fishing-licence
