How We Ship All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You will see your exact shipping cost before completing payment.
Dispatch Times We aim to dispatch all orders on the same or next business day after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or Victorian public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes Once dispatched, estimated delivery times via Australia Post are as follows:
- Metro Melbourne: 1–3 business days
- Regional Victoria: 2–5 business days
- Interstate metro areas: 3–6 business days
- Regional and remote areas: 5–10 business days
These are estimates provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be longer during peak periods such as Christmas, Easter, and major sales events.
Tracking Where available, a tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your order at auspost.com.au.
Delays Tight Lines Tackle is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or events outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking information first, then contact us at info@tightlinestackle.com.au and we will do our best to help.
Delivery Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Tight Lines Tackle is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@tightlinestackle.com.au and we will try to correct it before dispatch.
Undeliverable Parcels If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@tightlinestackle.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly in accordance with our Refund Policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Domestic Shipping Only We currently ship to Australian addresses only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
