Return & Refund Policy

Change of Mind Returns We offer a 30-day change of mind return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@tightlinestackle.com.au. If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on where and how to return your item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@tightlinestackle.com.au so we can make it right. We will cover return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.

Exchanges The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the payment. If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@tightlinestackle.com.au.

Australian Consumer Law Our policies are in addition to, and do not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. For minor faults, we may repair or replace the item.
